We gather every Sunday as a church in Helena, Montana in person and online. Join us at our 10:00 am service.

Not knowing where to go or what to do when coming to a new place can be stressful. If you haven’t been to church in awhile, or if you aren’t used to a nondenominational church, we want you to feel comfortable the moment you turn into the parking lot. Here’s the inside scoop to prepare for your first visit to The Well Church:

WHAT’S THE FEEL? Our church is known for its authenticity and genuine care. We make it our aim to make sure you feel welcome, whether you are attending for the first time or looking for a place to belong.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? Most people wear jeans and dress casually at our church, including the pastors.

HOW LONG IS THE SERVICE? We currently have two service gatherings at 9:30 am and 11:00 am. Both have the same worship songs and message content. Each service lasts between 70 and 75 minutes.

WHAT KIND OF MUSIC DO YOU PLAY? Our songs are current, upbeat, and celebratory in nature. We like to worship God with high-energy music, so if you have sensitive ears, our ushers can help you sit in the right spot or grab you a pair of earplugs.

WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS? We are passionate about providing a positive and inspiring service just for your kids. When you check your kids into The Well Kids, they’ll be in a clean, safe, and fun environment where they can learn to love Jesus and each other. All of The Well Kids team are background checked and equipped for ministry to children. When you arrive on Sunday, one of our Kids Team members will help you print off tags for each of your children at the Check-In Kiosk before showing them where their classes are. (If you prefer to keep your children with you in the worship service, kids are totally welcome.)

IS THERE LITURGY I SHOULD BE READY TO RECITE? Nope. You won’t be unsure as to what to do or say at any point during our service. After a few songs of worship (with words on the screens), our service hosts will introduce themselves and provide any instructions needed for the meeting. Then we will hear a message from Scripture, preached by one of our leaders.
